I have experience with Bob Kapish as both a buyer and a seller. In both cases Bob was exceptionally well prepared and knowledgeable about the market and was able to anticipate and fulfill my needs, both present and ongoing. His service level was just outstanding. As a buyer, his service level was simply fantastic. He selected and showed properties according to my needs and documented all the showings so that I felt i knew everything I had to know about each property. AS a seller, again, his service level was fantastic. Bob's pricing, both listing and selling, was spot on. His knowledge and advice regarding the sales contract was invaluable, prevented, hang ups, and resulted in a quick closing. Bob was always available, always had answers and I always felt comfortable!

I personally have done realestate transactions in six different states and i can honestly say without a doubt that Bob Kapish is the finest agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with . John wood properties was great also , but its really the agent that makes all the difference . Bobs level of honesty and professionalism was far over and above anything i could have ever thought possible in south florida , as it seems to be a place where alot of scam artists practice business . It seems to me that most agents , no matter the state , always puts there own financial gain above the customer , but Mr kapish actually cost himself some profit on my deal and he simply said " It was the right thing to do " . If that doesn't speak volume about his character then i am at a loss for words . If you choose to have Mr kapish help you buy or sell your property , it will be the best realestate decision you could possibily make because you will come out ahead .

Bob was referred to us by our realtor in Asheville NC. After a previous out of state referral, that went nowhere, we were pleasantly excited to be lucky enough to have Bob on our side. My husband who had been in sales for 40+ years, really appreciated the high level of professionalism Bob displayed throughout the whole process, from the listing, to the final papers. Bob was exceptional to work with. Friends of ours worked with Bob several years ago and said he was so helpful. We had no idea how great he would be. Over a 7 month period of time Bob helped us find the perfect condo for our very specific needs. He did the work and was in constant contact. We made only two very brief trips to Florida to view condos and everything was well organized. We found our condo and Bob helped in every step as we closed. He provided resources, phone numbers and helped with finding every type of service we might need from cleaning to painters. Bob helped make sure all the issues found during the inspection were fixed. He personally met contractors or repair people get things fixed since we were from out of state. On the day we came to start moving in Bob stopped by and helped carry some of our things in. During our purchase we met many realtors from other companies. Many were not helpful. Bob has been excellent. I would recommend Bob to anyone. We feel very blessed to have met and worked with Bob. Thanks to Bob we have a beautiful condo in Naples. Thank You!
