We cant say enough good things about Bob. Even the buyers said he was so helpful to them in going over everything our home had to offer and explaining how things worked He was there for every showing and even did personal things for us when we were out of town. We had never realized how important a helpful realtor is, but now we know. I am sure if not for Bob our home would not have sold so quickly. Thank you Bob for all you did, above and beyond.

Bob Kapish was extremely professional and is in tune with South Florida's real estate market. Being from the cold Chicago suburbs, we made a long-distance offer sight unseen, and he made it very easy for us. We felt through emails and phone calls that he was honest and represented us very well. He was readily available to answer all of our questions. He's friendly, polite, and very competent, and we would use him again and refer our friends and/or family to him. Plus, we're LOVING our new condo!! We rate Bob "excellent." Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, detailed and had excellent follow through. At the first meeting, he presented us with an orange binder with all the information we would ever need to make a decision. In addition, there was a copy of the Sunday paper and chamber of magazines on Naples and surrounding areas. He was gracious showing us house after house and we narrowed it down and finally bought. He is the best agent we have ever had!
