Bob Kapish

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Bob considers himself a true "Floridian" after having lived in Florida for over 46 years. Bob and his wife Jhoanna relocated from Ft. Lauderdale/ Boca Raton to southwest Florida in 2002. Bob and Jhoanna have two boys, Alex, 16 yrs. old and Sebastian, 6 yrs. old, along with Chopsticks and Dumpling their two Chow Chows. Having been a Vice President, Store Manager for Macy's Department Store Inc. / Burdines, Bob brings over 28 years of "Customer Service" and 'Sales" experience to John R. Wood Properties. Bob believes that his customer "comes first" and that his "customer remains at the center of every decision that is made". He loves working and living in paradise and enjoys spending time with his beautiful family as well as sports, traveling, D.Y.I. projects as well as landscaping in his leisure time.
